The HSI headset is an extremely rugged, single-sided, lightweight headset designed for infantry soldiers.

The HSI headset is usually sold as part of the HSI headset system but also available as a standalone option to connect to Silynx CLARUS or FORTIS controllers.

The HSI is uniquely designed to be worn over passive earmuffs or dedicated headset plugs, providing passive or active noise protection when wearing the headset.

The HSI Tactical Headset supports single- or dual-radio versions and is designed to be ambidextrous, allowing for both left- or right-head mounting using the same unit. The HSI is designed to be worn under a helmet.

The HSI headset boom microphone is offered with electret or differential microphones and is built using proprietary Silynx structural technology, ensuring years of use without affecting the plastic and elastic properties.

The HSI headset kit includes headband straps. Waterproof/immersion options include IP67 (1 meter for 30 minutes, swim-proof) or 10 meters dive-proof.
