Orders & Purchasing
Silynx does not process sales, shipments, or returns through online transactions. Our website is available for product inquiries and quote requests only. All orders must be completed and finalized directly with a Silynx Communications representative. No purchase is considered confirmed until it has been processed and confirmed in writing by an authorized Silynx representative.

Returns & Warranty
Return and warranty terms vary by order and are determined on a case-by-case basis. All terms will be finalized in writing as part of the deal closing process with your Silynx representative. Please refer to your specific order agreement for applicable return and warranty conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must be submitted in writing to customersupport@silynxcom.com. A return is not considered authorized until it has been accepted and confirmed in writing by a Silynx representative. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customersupport@silynxcom.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges & Refunds
All exchange and refund requests follow the same process as returns. Requests must be submitted in writing to customersupport@silynxcom.com and confirmed in writing by a Silynx representative before any action is taken. Exchange and refund terms are subject to the conditions outlined in your specific order agreement.
