EAGLE MARITIME TACTICAL HEADSET

The EAGLE MARITIME headset is an extremely rugged, single-sided, lightweight headset designed for tactical operators in marine environments, divers, and swimmers.

The EAGLE MARITIME headset is usually sold as part of the EAGLE headset system, but it is also available as a standalone option for connecting to Silynx CLARUS or FORTIS controllers.

The EAGLE MARITIME supports single- or dual-radio versions and is ambidextrously designed for both left- or right-head mounting using the same unit. Its design allows attachment to the helmet, wearing under the helmet, or on the combat vest.

The EAGLE MARITIME headset boom microphone is offered with an electret microphone and is built using proprietary Silynx structural technology.

The EAGLE MARITIME headset kit includes a headband, audio coil with nipple, and helmet adapter. Waterproof/immersion rating is 10 meters dive.

How Silynx Cables Work - One Control Box, Every Radio

The Silynx ecosystem is modular by design. The headset, the control box, and the radio cable are three separate components - connected by Quick Disconnect (QDC) on the headset side and a radio-specific connector on the radio side. When you change radios, you change the cable, not the headset or controller. This is the single biggest cost-and-logistics advantage Silynx delivers over fixed-cable competitor systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

A single-sided headset covers one ear with a boom microphone, leaving the other ear open for natural ambient hearing. Designed for infantry soldiers, maritime operators, and vehicle crews who need radio comms without full dual-ear hearing protection.

HSI (Infantry Headset) for ground forces, FALCON for airborne and special operations, and EAGLE for maritime operations. All feature boom microphones, MIL-STD-810G construction, and connect via Silynx Quick Disconnect.

Choose single-sided when your mission requires one ear completely open for natural hearing (no electronic pass-through), when you prefer a traditional boom microphone for voice pickup, or when your unit standard requires a conventional headset form factor.

Yes. All Silynx single-sided headsets feature helmet-compatible designs with adjustable boom arms. The HSI and FALCON include helmet mounting options and work under standard ballistic helmets.

"Madonna" is the field nickname for Silynx single-sided headsets due to their over-one-ear design. The HSI is the most common Madonna-style headset in the Silynx lineup, widely used by infantry units.
