The PROTEGO STD In-Ear Sound Protection Headset is the world’s lightest tactical sound protection headset. The Silynx PROTEGO STD delivers three critical communication capabilities: advanced hearing protection, Hear-Thru hearing enhancement for full situational awareness, and Silynx’s proprietary “Talking from the Ear” technology, which captures the user’s inner auditory echo to provide clear voice transmission without the need for an external microphone.

Exceptional directional hearing is achieved by positioning the external microphone within the ear canal, allowing it to work in natural coordination with the user’s pinna.
Like the PROTEGO PRO, the PROTEGO STD is certified to a 31 dB Noise Reduction Rating (NRR), providing the highest level of sound protection in the industry.

The PROTEGO STD headset is extremely rugged, IP 68 waterproof, highly reliable, and ergonomically designed for comfortable, continuous use over extended periods.

The PROTEGO connector is compatible with all Silynx modular systems and supports the Quick Disconnect Connector (QDC).
