The Silynx In-Ear Protego Pro Headset. provides three critical communication capabilities:

Exceptional directional hearing is achieved by positioning the PROTEGO PRO's external microphone within the ear canal, allowing it to operate in natural coordination with the user's pinna.
The PROTEGO PRO is certified to a 31 dB Noise Reduction Rating (NRR), providing the highest level of sound protection in the industry. The PROTEGO PRO headset is extremely rugged, IP 68 waterproof, highly reliable and ergonomically engineered for comfortable, continuous use over extended periods.
The PROTEGO PRO model differs from the PROTEGO STD variant by incorporating an additional AUX jack embedded in the headset. This enables rapid connection to Silynx's optional external vest-mounted or helmet-mounted boom microphones, as well as gas mask microphones (sold separately). The PROTEGO PRO is compatible with all Silynx systems and Quick Disconnect Connectors (QDC).
